Farm to Table

As part of the Farm to Table project by ZHDK, ZHAW, and the ZVV, we were invited to lead a workshop on the “Cafeteria of the Future.” What would be served there? How could food provision for students and faculty be made sustainable? And what would the overall experience of eating and being nourished feel like?

During a hands-on workshop, we developed visions and created menus — which were later cooked and shared at a “Tavolata” several weeks later. The enjoyment, in any case, happened on multiple levels.
